Great value and location made it easy to explore the city. Close to public transportation and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.
No staff on premises to assist with issues. Heating and water temperature in the shower were not functioning properly.

This hotel in a super busy avenue in front of a petrol station offers great value for money. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with good amenities and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The receptionist who checked us in on Friday was particularly amazing, providing valuable directions to Brixton and recommending a nearby café that served delicious and generous breakfasts. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which is quite rare to find in this city. We were pleasantly surprised by the large size of the bedrooms and bathrooms, especially given the reasonable rate we paid. The hotel also provided tea and coffee facilities, which were a nice touch. Additionally, they even provided ear plugs, allowing us to sleep peacefully despite the noise from the nearby traffic. we highly recommend this hotel to friends and anyone staying in this part of the city.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of Gateway Hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Clapham South tube station. The room itself was spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom. We also appreciated the coffee and tea provided in the room. Despite some minor noise from traffic, the hotel went above and beyond by providing earplugs. The friendly and helpful receptionist made our stay even more enjoyable. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and attentive service.
